*It is highly recommended that you purchase the Protection Plan with your eyewear for the ultimate protection and service including lifetime warranty on blue light blockers.
Liberated Eyewear are to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, 60 days to exchange for store credit and request lens replacement for errors or non adapt or exchange of eyewear of the same style through REDU. A 3% restocking fee will be charged per return.

This includes the eyewear that you are styled with during a virtual session. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact with no damage to the lens or frames. We reserve the right to not accept used merchandise to be exchanged or returned upon inspection. You can create a new customer account to manage and view request returns.
Your return will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt and if there is no damage to the item your refund will be automatically initiated. A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
HSA/FSA return or exchange
To return a product purchased with HSA or FSA for a refund or exchange or to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us for assistance.
If a purchase is made using HSA/FSA funds, any return or exchange must comply with the applicable rules of the HSA/FSA provider. Refunds may not be processed back to an HSA/FSA account, and customers should verify their provider’s policies before initiating a return.
If we can approve your return via our Return Policy, once we receive your products following our terms and conditions, we/Sika will transfer any payment amount already received back to your HSA or FSA card account within ten business days.
Due to federal tax regulations, all refunds for purchases made with HSA or FSA funds must be returned directly to the HSA or FSA card account from which the purchase was made. Only open HSA and FSA accounts may be refunded.
Prescription Glasses
Prescription lenses are filled by our lab partners R&D Optical and are considered customized and will not be refunded unless there is a direct issue with your prescription or prescription inaccuracy by our lab. It is important to always render a valid prescription with complete information to avoid any occurrences. Please try on your glasses for 7-14 days to allow your eyes to adjust and confirm your prescription accuracy. Should your eyes not adapt to your prescription the lens will be replaced under our Non-Adapt once without any cost to you.
If you need added service and adjustments please add the service and protection plan to your order. If you are dissatisfied with the fit of the frames, you may be issued a partial refund or reimbursement for the fitting on a case-by-case basis. Our service and protection plan also covers repairs.
All products except custom prescription eyewear can be refunded. If there is an error with your prescription glasses they can be remade and resent to you at no cost to you please see additional information below. You may receive a partial refund on the frame should you decide to return your glasses.
Prescription lenses coating is covered under a 1- and 2-year warranty replacement under the one-year protection plan. Scratch coated lenses will be remade one time due to manufacturers defects, within one year of the original invoice date. Uncoated lenses have no scratch warranty.
Our BluTech Blue Light Absorption Lens have a lifetime warranty under the protection plan.
NOTE: All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to not accept any products damaged by the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted. All custom prescription eyewear sales are final, with no returns. However, should your prescription be deemed incorrect you may have your lens replaced under the 1-year warranty on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
If you made a mistake during the order, you could contact Liberated Customer Service Team to a free exchange, a special discount for a future purchase or full refund minus re-stocking fee to the original payment account (debit/credit card or PayPal). It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that all details of the prescription is entered correctly or a copy valid prescription by a licensed optometrist within the past year is uploaded to our website during the ordering process. Additionally, inquiries regarding your corrective needs will be the responsibility of your optometrist.
If there is any manufacturing error, please contact us and we will replace your pair for you at no additional charge or issue a full refund after the issue is confirmed. Should our lab make an error on your prescription lenes then an investigation will be conducted on your behalf and a claim form will be documented. Please note that Liberated Eyewear is not responsible for any changes in corrective vision. It is our obligation to ensure that we have sent you’re the correct products including frame of choice and prescription lenes. Changes in corrective vision require changes in prescription lenses and lenes type and/or lens materials which require a new purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3680 Wilshire Blvd. Suite P04-1546 Los Angeles, CA 90012. Please include your order number and the name, color, and style of the eyewear in your return/refund request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the eyewear and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 48 hours of receipt of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method via Shopify for the cost of the frames, because the product was shipped the shipping cost will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7-15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@liberated-inc.com.
Insurance
You may insure your package from theft or damage when you opt to pay add REDU package protection at checkout for a small fee. To place a claim click HERE . A protection plan for your prescription lens may be purchased during the ordering process.
Warranty
Liberated Eyewear offers a one-year protection plan for prescription glasses under our protection policy. Sunglasses and nonprescription eyewear Liberated Eyewear offers a 365 warranty (after receiving the products covering clear defects in material and workmanship and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship of the eyewear within the same year of the purchase date.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Eyewear that was damaged by the consumer will be non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made once the item you want to exchange is returned and accepted. There will be no exchanges on prescription lens as prescriptions are customized based on the individual customer’s needs.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
