Your Liberated Eyewear prescription lens and optical frames  are HSA- and FSA-are eligible items.

 

How do I purchase directly with an HSA or FSA card?

 

You can order on the Liberated Eyewear online store using your HSA or FSA card, just as you would with any other credit card. This process will take, on average, 3 minutes and is a free consultation should you have any questions.
